Done that. You get to work with our team of experts for as little or as long as you want to. We will work with you to create a step-by-step action plan to achieve your goals. Yabber is a London-based company dedicated to improving businesses and organisations by introducing a creative, personal yet analytical approach to the way in which we communicate with our audiences.

We help you engage, entertain, enable and empower both relevant communities and the influential individuals that form part of them via the application of ethical social engagement techniques to drive the effectiveness of the entire media mix from paid media, owned media and earned media

(including public relations) in delivering commercial returns including driving footfall, brand awareness, customer loyalty and conversions to sale.

Meet Our Founder.

Yabber was founded by agency veteran Carolyn Watt. Carolyn is passionate about the brands she works with and the everyday challenge to learn and try new things in this fast evolving digital space. She has over 15 years experience of strategic and tactical marketing, PR and digital communications across both web and mobile. She has worked for some of the best global agencies in the world including Netrank Ltd both pre and post Netrank’s January 2008 acquisition by LBi, the global digital advertising agency Profero, WPP’s Mindshare, and PR and digital agency and former Tech Agency of the Year, Atomic PR following its acquisition by Huntsworth plc.

She has supported and advised senior management from a wide range of organisations from startups at various stages of funding / IPO to blue-chip clients. These include Marks and Spencer, Sony, Nike, LG, Nokia, 3, Talk Talk, Hotwire, Vonage, Mini, Xerox, TK Maxx, Volvo, HSBC, Unilever, Nestle, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, COI, The Labour Party, News International, Department of Health and Diageo.

She was the Strategic Marketing Manager for Intel’s first foray into services, and has managed the PR and marketing for a range of American and British IT and comms companies; as well as working part-time as a party agent for one of the UK’s main political parties, conducting research, editing reports, canvassing and writing speeches for MPs.

This combines with five years experience as a print, digital and broadcast journalist writing, editing and presenting news and features for a range of TV, radio and print media both in the UK and Africa including the Guardian, The Sunday Times, Independent Newspaper’s Cape Argos and Sunday Times (based in South Africa), Voice of America, GMTV, BBC Radio Five Live and African Productions, CNN, Sky and Channel 4.

She has a BA Hons in Politics, NCTJ accredited (National Council for the Training of Journalists) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). She also has a bit of a thing about shoes and likes climbing mountains (when she isn’t Yabbering).
